As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we've been speaking to a former student about how he deals with it.

We've been talking to former Myerscough College Cricket student, and now professional all-rounder for Derbyshire County Cricket Club, Luis Reece, about his past struggles with mental health and how he has overcome them.
His message is that you're not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery.
